REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
• Cosmetics and nutraceuticals as a category are Non-Returnable.
• Refund/ Replacement as approved by the company will be only processed in case of Items out of stock/damaged/incorrect product received. It will be processed in a maximum of 7 days from the date of refund confirmation. Prepaid orders through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 5-7 working days.

 

Unboxing Video Policy:

• We kindly request customers raising concerns to provide an unboxing video for efficient assistance. This video, showcasing the product's unpacking, helps us address issues accurately. Without an unboxing video, we may be unable to process your concern. Your cooperation ensures a smoother resolution process.
