Alert Regarding Fake Messages and Calls Related to Prizes from Studd Muffyn
The company, Nature Touch Nutrition, with brands Studd Muffyn and Nuskhe By Paras does not request or send any communication via email, WhatsApp, or telephone seeking payments from customers for any prize money. No such scheme is run by the company. If you receive an email from someone claiming to be from Studd Muffyn and demanding money in exchange for any kind of prize scheme, do not reply. Studd Muffyn does not ask its customers to make any kind of payment to any particular bank account or in the name of any individual person. Therefore, it is advised to all customers not to entertain any such message or call and not to share any confidential information like bank account or credit card details.
The company, Nature Touch Nutrition, with brands Studd Muffyn and Nuskhe By Paras, shall not be accountable for any loss or to compensate any loss occasioned by such scammers. Stay alert!
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
· Items categorized as cosmetics, crystals, clothing, and nutraceuticals are non-returnable.
· Kindly note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you simply dislike the product, find minor flaws, have issues with the packaging, notice slight colour differences, or experience minor size variations. We encourage you to carefully review the available pictures, descriptions, benefits, ingredients, and size chart before purchasing, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges based solely on such issues.
· Studd Muffyn and Nuskhe By Paras are not liable for any damages incurred after product delivery. To process claims regarding missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products, an unboxing video with the original packaging is mandatory. Upon receiving your order, please record an unboxing video starting from the sealed package, carefully unbox the product, and display all contents. Clearly highlight any discrepancies and share the video with our customer care team at care@studdmuffyn.com to ensure a smooth resolution process. Without a proper unboxing video, we will be unable to assist you further.
· Refunds or replacements, subject to company approval, will only be processed for items that are out of stock, damaged, missing, or incorrectly received.
· If you do not receive the ordered shipment within 15 days of order placement, you may claim a refund for the order amount paid.
· Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this policy. This also does not cover repercussions arising out of specific sensitivities towards a product/ingredient; you are advised to do patch tests as cautioned in every product.
· In case of a refund to be claimed, contact our customer care at care@studdmuffyn.com with the necessary images and videos related to your claim.
· If a package is tampered with, damaged, or defective, refuse to accept it from the delivery partner on the spot.
· If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it within 48 hours, please contact our customer care team. Kindly note that we are unable to process refunds after this period.
· The amount of refund does not include the delivery charge as they are non-refundable by delivery partners.
· The amount of refund does not include the discount availed during the order placement.
· Any cash on delivery refunds shall be initiated to the bank account provided by the customer.
· A claim of refund should be made within 24 hours of order delivery with the aforementioned details.
· If accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days of cancellation approval.
· Studd Muffyn & Nuskhe By Paras do not ask for extra charges for prepaid orders at the time of delivery. Cases of extra payment requests by the delivery person should be raised with the shipment company by the customer. Studd Muffyn & Nuskhe By Paras cannot be held liable for refunds in such cases.
· No one can counterfeit or claim any refund on the purchase of any fake/fraud product from any other vendor. Beware of manufacturers/sellers who counterfeit and copy products with similar labels.
CANCELLATION POLICY
· You can cancel your order as long as its status is 'Unfulfilled.' Simply reach out to our customer support team at 78600-00768, available Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm.
· For paid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days of cancellation approval. COD orders are not eligible for refunds due to cancellation or RTO.
· Once an order has been shipped/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
· We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice to the customer.
